Make Exercise a Lifestyle

When I decided to lose weight 5 years ago, I made it a point to incorporate exercise into my lifestyle and enjoy it.

 

And now, I really do enjoy it. I am not a gym person as I do not like enclosed spaces to sweat it out. Instead, I love nature and the open space.

 

One of the very scenic parks in Kuala Lumpur is Lake Gardens.

I promote health, thus, I live what I preach. And you will not see me drinking soft drink. My favourites are my Lemon Grass Tea and water. I always bring a bottle of water wherever I go (partly because I do not trust the quality of water served outside and I try not to drink from bottled water for environmental reasons)
